Can you build a screen to my exact size?
Yes. LED screens are assembled from modular cabinets, so we build close to almost any width and height. Send your dimensions (or the wall area) and we work out the nearest buildable layout.
How do I get a price?
Use the quote page, pick your product type and send your size, environment and country. We reply with a factory-direct quote, usually within one business day. A photo or drawing of the location helps.
What information do you need to quote me?
Screen width and height (or area), indoor or outdoor, viewing distance, application, delivery country, and any content or pixel-pitch requirement. See "how to request a quote" for a checklist.
How is a custom screen priced?
Mostly by area and pixel pitch. Finer pitch packs more LEDs per square metre and costs more; outdoor builds add brightness and weatherproofing. See our cost guide for indicative per-square-metre ranges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship factory-direct worldwide in reinforced wooden cases with spare modules, tools and installation documents, plus remote setup support.
What is the typical lead time?
It depends on size and configuration, but most custom screens are produced within a couple of weeks plus shipping. Tell us your target date and we confirm feasibility in the quote.
Do you provide installation?
Installation is usually handled locally; we supply detailed install documents, spare parts and remote commissioning support so a local technician can complete it. See our support page.
What about warranty and after-sales support?
Screens come with a warranty and spare modules, and we provide remote diagnostics and replacement parts. Module-level repair means most issues are fixed without removing the whole screen.
Can I order just one unit or a small screen?
Yes — from a single digital poster or a 2m×2m screen up to large video walls. There is no requirement to order at large scale.
