How to Request a Custom Screen Quote

A custom screen is quoted from your size and setting, so the more you tell us up front, the faster and more accurate the quote. Here is exactly what helps — none of it has to be perfect.

1. The size or area

Give the screen width and height, or the wall/window area you want to fill. LED screens are built from cabinets, so we fit the nearest buildable size to your space.

2. Indoor, outdoor or window-facing

This sets the brightness and weatherproofing. A sun-facing window or an outdoor wall needs a much brighter, IP-rated build than an indoor lobby.

3. Viewing distance

How close do the nearest viewers stand? This decides the pixel pitch. If you’re not sure, our viewing distance calculator suggests one.

4. Application and content

Tell us the use — retail, advertising, stage, meeting room, etc. — and whether you need touch interaction or remote content updates.

5. Delivery country and a photo

Your country lets us quote shipping and quote in your currency. A photo or drawing of the location (with a rough measurement) makes the quote far more precise.

What you get back

Once we have your details, we don’t just send a number. We reply with a recommended display type and pixel pitch for your viewing distance, the nearest buildable size from standard cabinets, an estimated budget range, and the lead time and shipping outline. If anything is unclear or a different spec would serve you better, we’ll say so — the goal is the right screen, not the biggest one. Most quotes come back within one business day.

How accurate is the first quote?

The first quote is an informed estimate based on what you send; the more detail you give, the closer it is. A rough size and a photo are usually enough for a budget figure you can plan around. We then firm it up — exact cabinet layout, pitch, mounting and freight — before any order is confirmed, so there are no surprises later.

Tips for a faster, sharper quote

  • Send a photo of the wall or window with a tape measure or a person for scale.
  • Give the closest viewing distance, even approximately.
  • Say whether it’s indoor, outdoor or window-facing.
  • Mention any deadline so we can confirm lead time.
  • Note if you need touch, or content updates from a CMS.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t know the pixel pitch?

That’s fine — just give us the closest viewing distance and we recommend the pitch. Our viewing distance calculator can suggest one too.

What if I only know the wall area, not exact dimensions?

Send the approximate width and height or a photo with a rough measurement. We propose the nearest buildable cabinet layout and refine it with you.

How should I send a photo or drawing?

Email it to alex@ekintry.com, or attach it after submitting the form. A photo of the wall or window with a tape measure in view is ideal.

Is the quote free and is there any obligation?

Yes, the quote is free and there is no obligation. We would rather give you an honest estimate and the right recommendation than push a sale — many buyers come back when the project is ready.

How soon will I hear back?

Usually within one business day. If your project is time-sensitive, mention the deadline and we will prioritise it and confirm whether the lead time works.
