LED Screen Shipping & Packing

EKINTRY ships LED screens factory-direct worldwide. Getting a delicate, heavy display to another country intact is its own discipline — here is exactly how we pack, certify and ship it.

How we pack — by project type

The packing matches how the screen will travel and be handled:

  • Wooden cases — for fixed installations and sea freight, giving cabinets firm protection over a long route.
  • Steel-belt plywood cases — recyclable, lower-cost and need no fumigation treatment.
  • Flight cases — for rental and event screens that are loaded, opened, stacked and moved many times.

Export compliance (ISPM15)

All solid-wood packaging thicker than 6 mm is heat-treated and stamped to the ISPM15 phytosanitary standard, so wooden crates clear customs cleanly. Where you prefer to avoid timber entirely, steel-belt plywood cases skip fumigation altogether.

Protection built into every crate

Arrival condition is decided before the truck leaves: foam spacing, corner protection, moisture control, separated accessories and correct label positioning. Spare modules, power supplies and tools ship inside the crate so the screen is serviceable on arrival.

Shipping, Incoterms and duties

We quote factory-direct and ship under common Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP) to your port or door. Tell us the destination and we advise the route, transit time and the duties to budget for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is your packing ISPM15 compliant for export?

Yes. All solid-wood packaging over 6 mm is heat-treated and marked to ISPM15, the international phytosanitary standard, so it clears customs without fumigation delays. We also offer recyclable steel-belt plywood cases that need no fumigation.

Do you use wooden cases or flight cases?

Wooden (or steel-belt) cases for fixed installations and sea freight, where cabinets need firm protection over a long route. Flight cases for rental and event screens that are loaded, opened and moved repeatedly.

Who arranges shipping and which Incoterms?

We quote factory-direct and can ship under common Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP) to your country. Tell us your port or door address and we advise the best route and the duties to expect.

Are spare parts included in the shipment?

Yes — spare modules, power supplies and tools are crated with the screen so a local technician can service it without waiting on a fresh shipment.

What if the screen is damaged in transit?

Cabinets are foam-spaced with corner protection and moisture control, and shipments are insurable. In the rare event of transit damage, the spares cover minor issues and we support replacement claims.
