Every screen ships with mechanical drawings, a step-by-step installation manual, wiring and controller setup guides, and content-system instructions — enough detail for a competent AV technician to complete the install correctly.
Remote commissioning by our engineers
During setup, our engineers connect through remote-control software to configure the controller, align the cabinets and verify the final image. The local installer is guided in real time, which removes the guesswork from getting a wall looking seamless.
Content system setup
We help integrate the display with your content management system so staff can adjust visuals, text and live feeds remotely once the screen is live — the same ongoing control large operators expect.
On-site support when you need it
