Storefront LED Screen for Shop Windows and Entrances

A window display has to beat daylight. EKINTRY builds high-brightness LED screens to your window — single or double-sided — and quotes them factory-direct.

High-brightness storefront LED screen in a shop window seen from the street

A storefront LED screen sits in a shop window and has one hard job: stay vivid in direct daylight. A normal TV (~300–500 nits) washes out behind glass, so a window screen uses a high-brightness, sunlight-readable build — and is often double-sided to advertise to the street and the store interior at once.

EKINTRY builds storefront screens to your window size, with the brightness matched to the orientation, single or double-sided. Send the window dimensions and which way it faces and we recommend a spec and quote it.

Who custom screens are for

  • Retail shops and boutiques advertising to street footfall.
  • Real estate agents, travel and service shops with window listings.
  • Restaurants and cafés promoting offers at the entrance.
  • Chains wanting consistent, bright window displays across stores.

How bright does a window screen need to be?

Brightness is matched to the glass and orientation. A street-facing screen typically needs around 3,500–5,000 nits to fight direct sun, while an inward face (toward a lit interior) needs roughly 700–1,000 nits. Tell us the orientation and we set the right brightness.

Single-sided or double-sided

A double-sided screen earns its place in a window:

  • Outward face — high brightness for the street, captures passing footfall.
  • Inward face — lower brightness for customers already inside.
  • Different content on each side — promotions out, brand or info in.

Built to your window — custom size

Unlike fixed-size poster units, an LED storefront screen is built from cabinets to fit your window opening, hung from the ceiling or floor-mounted. Send the window width and height and we fit it as closely as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How bright does a storefront window screen need to be?

A street-facing screen usually needs around 3,500–5,000 nits to stay readable in direct sun; an inward-facing screen needs roughly 700–1,000 nits. We match brightness to your window orientation.

What is a double-sided window display?

It shows content on both faces at once — a bright outward face for the street and a softer inward face for the store interior — and you can run different content on each side.

Can you build it to my exact window size?

Yes — it is assembled from LED cabinets, so we fit it to your window opening rather than forcing a fixed panel size.

Can I just put a normal indoor screen in the window?

An indoor screen or TV will wash out behind glass in daylight. A window needs a high-brightness, sunlight-readable build.

How is content updated?

Through a content system, scheduled and updated remotely. We advise the right setup for your screen.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — factory-direct worldwide with wooden-case packing, spares and remote setup support.
